- 1 scoop 1Up Whey Coconut Ice Cream Protein
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 1/4 cup Coconut Chips
Cut bananas into chunks and freeze for about 2-3 hours. After bananas are frozen, add 1Up Whey and milk to food processor or blender and blend until creamy. Scoop mixture into bowl and eat immediately or freeze for additional hour or two until ready to eat. To ensure it doesn't become too icy, lightly mix your ice cream ever 20-30 minutes for the first hour. When
