Ingredients:
- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Banana Caramel protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 smashed banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tblsp peanut butter
- 1 tblsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tblsp walnuts
Instructions:
Grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray and add the 1Up Whey, baking powder, almond flour, cinnamon, stevia and mix well. Add the egg and mix into the dry mixture. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract. If batter is too crumbly, continue adding milk until a thick batter is formed. Microwave for 12- seconds, or until just cooked in the center. For serving add some walnuts, chocolate chips, banana chips and peanut butter and enjoy!
