Protein Dessert

Ingredients


- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Vanilla eggwhites protein
- 2 eggs
- 2 tblsp almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-4 tblsp greek yogurt
-Your favorite fruit for topping

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 4, 11/2 inch ramekins. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk together wet ingredients in a small bowl. Add wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir together until fully incorporated. Pour the batter evenly into the 4 ramekins. Place ramekins in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until centers are set. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Run a knife around the inside of the ramekin and flip the cakes out onto a cooling rack. Let cool to room temperature and then top with some greek yogurt and your favorite fruit. Enjoy!
