Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp of Stevia
- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Cookies & Cream protein
- 2 Tbsp of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Cups of Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup of Egg Whites
- 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tsp of Stevia
- 1 Tbsp crushed cookies (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients except peanut butter and mix with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Pour the filling into slightly greased cupcake pan and slowly add peanut butter on top. Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove the cheesecake from heat when golden brown. Refrigerate overnight, add crushed cookies as topping if desired and enjoy!
