- 1 cup raw almond butter
- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Cookies & Cream protein
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. crushed cookies (optional)
In a food processor combine the almond butter, 1Up protein powder, coconut flour, honey and coconut oil until thoroughly combined. Add the crushed cookies (if using) to your food processor and pulse a few times to thoroughly combine the dough. Roll into mini snack sized balls, store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
