“In my first challenge with 1up Nutrition everything was a new experience for me. I’m not going to lie, I thought that there was a chance for me to fail, but at that point I just told myself, another failure may not affect me. That was when I joined the Facebook group, I saw how much everyone encouraged each other to continue working in their fitness progress and I really felt welcomed to the team. This challenge was my third one and I feel that it gave me so much including maturity. I feel so much better in so many different ways, I know that it’s all a work in progress but I’m already living my new habits. I really invite everyone that would like to make a change in their lives not only physical, but in every other aspect as well!”
