#1 Clear Protein Gummies
Gummies (bears, worms, etc.) are a staple childhood candy. Typically, they’re nothing but sugar (carbohydrates) which are fine in limited amounts, but what if you could enjoy gummies that not only taste great but also support muscle recovery and growth!
Just wait until you make your very own clear whey gummies.
Ingredients
- 3.25 ounces (~100ml) water
- 1 scoop Clear Protein
- 1 packet gelatine (12g)
Directions
- Combine the water and clear whey protein in a shaker cup and shake until dissolved.
- Pour into a small saucepan and warm the mixture over low heat.
- Add the packet of gelatine and whisk until it’s completely dissolved.
- Once the gelatin is dissolved, turn off the heat and pour the liquid into a small bowl.
- Use a pipette (or spoon) to fill the gummy bear mold with your gummy mixture.
- Transfer the mold to the fridge and chill for at least 1 hour until it firms up.
- After cooling, pop the gummies out of the tray and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for a few days.
#2 Clear Protein Popsicles
Imagine how you feel after a tough workout -- hot, sweaty, and in dire need of something cool to drink. Now, imagine having a popsicle or slushie after your workout. Either of these will cool you down, but won’t do much to support muscle recovery.
That’s because conventional popsicles are nothing but sugar.
But, what if your post workout popsicle did contain protein?
That sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?
Not if you’re using Clear Whey Protein!
These Clear Protein Popsicles are the perfect cooldown treat to enjoy after a tough workout or on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Clear Protein
- 300ml water

#4 Anabolic Sweet Tea
Sweet tea is a Southern staple, enjoyed during afternoon BBQs, college football tailgates, and really any other time you’re in the mood for something light, cold, and refreshing.
As enjoyable as sweet tea is, it really isn’t ideal for those of us trying to limit our intake of added sugars. For instance, a large sweet tea from Chick-Fil-A contains a heaping 40 grams of sugar!
Thanks to clear whey, you can enjoy sweet tea that’s significantly lower in calories (and sugar) while also supporting your daily protein intake.

- While you’re waiting for the tea to steep, combine 8oz of water and 1 scoop of Lemon Italian Ice Clear Protein in a shaker bottle and shake.

#5 Clear Protein Cocktail
Last, but not least, there’s protein cocktails.
Now, you could make cocktails with regular whey protein (creamy espresso martinis or brandy Alexander’s are baller), but those are more filling, making them better suited for after-dinner/dessert cocktails.
If you’re in the mood for a lighter, anabolic cocktail, clear protein is the whey to go.
