If it looks like I’ve always been into fitness, that’s because I have! My passion for fitness started at a really really young age. I would go on runs when I was in middle school just for the aesthetic aspect of it. It’s kind of crazy to look back at and think about now, how long my fitness journey really has been. I cheered all through middle school and high school and looking up to girls with shredded six packs at a young age I think is what sparked my interest.

My actual bodybuilding journey started when I was a senior in high school and I STILL had not gotten abs and I refused to have my last season without them. I also wanted smaller legs because I was constantly getting told I had “thunder thighs...

So I got a gym membership at planet fitness and worked out at the YMCA I was lifeguarding at. I ran 2 miles every day and did random ab, leg, and arm workouts. From there I learned how to separate my workouts based on a bodybuilding split, and I’ve been consistently working out for 4 years now! It’s been a crazy crazy journey but I truly wouldn't change it for the world. It’s taught me that the body you want is just on the other side of you putting in the work for it, and it’s NOT impossible. “
