This is her story :
“This is not my first time entering the challenge! The first time I entered was way back in 2020. I lost some weight then, but over the past two years, I have gained everything back and more! Since 2022, I have moved across the country twice and changed jobs a few times as well. This was very stressful, and I have turned to food for comfort! Nothing gives you better instant gratification than some delicious food. I have been constantly entering the challenge and failing due to not putting myself first! In March of this year, we made our final move (hopefully), and my job became more stable. It was time to work on myself and my emotional health. Being overweight, and in my case, obese, was making me depressed and very unhappy. In April, I told myself that this was it. This year marks the 4th anniversary of my first time entering the challenge, and I will change my life! Since I have been using the 1up products for 4 years (I love them), I already had Brookie (for the sweet tooth), Daily Cleanse, Water Shred, Make Her Lean, Collagen, Protein Powder, and the Greens and Reds. I was ready!
 Of course, this time wasn’t any easier than before! I stuck the contest card on my closet door and reminded myself of my goal. I would do the fasted cardio 6 days a week, 45-60 min. Sometimes, I would add a session before bed, and I did weights as directed in the app. The key was to push myself! Eating was a lot harder since food was my comfort. There were a few days that I went over the macros/calories, but the key here is to get up the next day and start fresh! I had to remind myself every day that this cookie, bread, or pasta would only make me depressed in the end. 
No matter how many times you fall, get up and keep trying! Don’t look at the scale, keep taking the weekly pictures to see the difference, and keep pushing yourself. You are worth it! Thank you, 1UP, for doing this fantastic contest!”
