This is his story:
“I started this competition in 2023 but could never finish I have always struggled with weight and then I stepped on the scale and seen 355 and also had high blood pressure at age of thirty so I had to change! I have two young boys four and two and they need to have a dad! So In February I started the journey and was excited to join the next challenge! During the challenge having kids and a family makes it difficult to stick to your diet and workouts! My family was very supportive and my son even tells everyone daddy has a new belly! I can’t thank this challenge enough for helping me be the superhero my kids always wanted me to be and the husband my wife deserves! If you are just starting this journey all I can say is do it for you first and foremost! You have to stop looking in the mirror and wanting to change and start demanding to change! We all have it in us to become a better version of ourselves and we owe it to ourselves and our loved ones who need us here! Don’t let the fear of failing keep you from pushing yourself make that fear drive you to do more! I have a long way to go but I can’t wait to do it along side 1UP nutrition and the amazing Facebook group! Love all of you!”
