Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup Apple Sauce
- 1 Scoop 1Up Natural Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 2 cups Gluten Free oats
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas. Mix in apple sauce, oats, cinnamon, salt, 1Up protein powder, baking powder, almond milk and vanilla. Add raisins. Drop a tablespoon of banana-oatmeal mixture on a greased cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Let cool at least 15 minutes before eating and enjoy!
