Strawberry Protein Muffins


- 2 scoops @1upnutrition Strawberry Milkshake ISO Protein
- 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- Sugar free whipped cream (optional)


In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together except the strawberries. Once mixed, gently stir in strawberries. Pour batter into paper-lined muffin pan or greased muffin pan and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Top with some whipped cream and strawberries and enjoy!
