Ingredients:
- 2 scoops 1UP Nutrition Sour Watermelon Candy Clear Protein
- 16 oz filtered water
- 4 tbsp gelatin
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, add the water and 1UP Nutrition Sour Watermelon Candy Clear Protein powder. Whisk well until fully dissolved.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil).
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Pop out of molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store the sour gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can also toss in some lemon juice and monk fruit sweetener for some extra ZINGGGG.
