Sour Watermelon Protein Gummies Recipe


Ingredients:

  1. In a small saucepan, add the water and 1UP Nutrition Sour Watermelon Candy Clear Protein powder. Whisk well until fully dissolved.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to bloom.
  3. Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil).
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Pop out of molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store the sour gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
  7. Can also toss in some lemon juice and monk fruit sweetener for some extra ZINGGGG.
