Sour Candy Protein Grapes Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Make the flavor syrup: In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener, 2 drops malic acid. Stir until the sweetener dissolves completely.
  2. Coat the grapes: Place the grapes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the lime–monk fruit–malic acid syrupover the grapes and toss gently until all grapes are evenly coated and slightly tacky.
  3. Add the protein coating: Sprinkle 1 scoop of 1UP Nutrition Sour Cherry Clear Protein powder over the grapes, toss or shake the bowl (gently) until each grape is coated with a light, even dusting.
  4. Chill and setSpread the coated grapes on a parchment-lined tray and then refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to let the coating set and absorb moisture slightly — this helps the “candy” texture form.
