Ingredients:
- 1 scoop 1UP Nutrition Sour Cherry Clear Protein
- 2 cups of grapes (red, black, or green)
- 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
- 2 drops malic acid
Instructions:
- Make the flavor syrup: In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener, 2 drops malic acid. Stir until the sweetener dissolves completely.
- Coat the grapes: Place the grapes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the lime–monk fruit–malic acid syrupover the grapes and toss gently until all grapes are evenly coated and slightly tacky.
- Add the protein coating: Sprinkle 1 scoop of 1UP Nutrition Sour Cherry Clear Protein powder over the grapes, toss or shake the bowl (gently) until each grape is coated with a light, even dusting.
- Chill and set: Spread the coated grapes on a parchment-lined tray and then refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to let the coating set and absorb moisture slightly — this helps the “candy” texture form.
Serve and enjoy!
