Smoothie Protein Bowl



- 1 Frozen banana sliced

- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Strawberry Milkshake Iso protein

- 1 cup Frozen strawberries

- 1/2 cup Almond Milk 

- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt




- 1/4 cup Homemade granola

- 1/4 small Banana slices

- 2 strawberries

- 1 tbsp chia seeds




Add the frozen banana slices and frozen strawberries in the blender along with half the milk, yogurt and protein. Blend on low speed until it forms an icy fruit crumble.

Stop the blender, add the remaining almond milk. Blend again, then stop and scrape the sides with a silicon spatula and blend again. Repeat until it forms a soft-serve texture. If it becomes too watery, blend in a few more frozen strawberries. If the mixture doesn't blend very well, add more almond milk, only 1 tablespoon at a time, blend and repeat until the favorite texture is achieved.

Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
