Red Velvet Protein Pancakes


- 1 scoop 1Up Egg White Chocolate protein
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp. Natural Red food coloring
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp. baking powder


Take all the dry ingredients and put them in a large bowl and stir. Then add the wet ingredients and continue to stir. Spray a large pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Pour out as many pancakes as you would like. Once they start to bubble, flip them. If desired, add sugar free chocolate syrup, your favorite nuts or chocolate chips on top and enjoy!
