Recipe - Red Velvet Protein Balls


- 5 tbsp finely ground almond flour
- 5 tbsp powdered stevia
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking cacao powder
- 1/2 cup @1upnutrition Chocolate ISO protein
- 3 tsp almond milk
- 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp organic red food coloring

Cream Cheese Frosting (optional)

- 4 tbsp fat free cream cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered stevia
- 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract


Mix all of the ingredients for the red velvet bites in a large bowl until you get a smooth dough then chill in your fridge for approx. 20-30 min. While the dough is chilling in your fridge, prepare the cream cheese frosting by mixing all of the ingredients. Transfer the cream cheese frosting into a frosting bag. Take the dough out of your fridge and form small bite-sized balls with your hands. Add a bit of the cream cheese frosting on top of each red velvet bite! Enjoy!
