Protein Blondies

Ingredients:


- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup @1upnutrition Coconut Ice Cream whey protein
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions:


Place almond butter in microwave for a few seconds to soften. Mix wet ingredients well then combine with dry ingredients and mix. Next, Pour into pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with coconut flakes and enjoy!
