Ingredients:
- 3 Large Whole Eggs
- 2 Scoops @1upnutrition Cookies & Cream whey protein
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/4 Cup stevia
- 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Topping
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons stevia
- 8 Ounces fat free Cream Cheese
- 2 Servings Mini Cookies (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F. Combine all of your ingredients for the Brownie Mix into either a food processor or blender. Process everything together. Get a baking pan, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and pour your Brownie mix into it. Take out a bowl and mix together all of the ingredients for your topping and set aside. Bake your brownies for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked. Let them cool and evenly distribute your topping over your brownies. Add some crushed cookies on top and enjoy!
