- ½ cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup iEatProtein Banana Bread Quinoa Puffs
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/4 cup coconut chips
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- Spoon alternating layers of yogurt, Quinoa Puffs, Apples and coconut chips in a bowl or parfait glass. When serving, add cinnamon on top and enjoy!.
