Quick and healthy snack

- 1 apple
- 1 serving IEatProtein chocolate fitmix
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tblsp coconut chips

Cut the apple in half or into slices and prepare by using an apple corer, small knife, melon baller, or spoon to remove the stem and scoop out the seeds. Evenly divide the granola between the apples, stuffing it down into each cored out hole. Drizzle the apples with Chocolate FitMix and sprinkle coconut chips. Serve immediately and enjoy!
