Ingredients:
- 2 medium Egg whites
- 1 Scoop 1Up Chocolate & Peanut Butter Blast
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp raspberries
Instructions:
Blend oats in a blender, until it resembles flour. Mash banana with oats and peanut butter. Fold egg whites into banana mixture. Softly stir until mixed. Slowly fold in chocolate chips. Spray a waffle iron with cooking spray. Using 1/4 cup at a time, fill a mini waffle iron, for 4 waffles. When ready, top with coconut flakes, chia seeds, raspberries and more chocolate chip and peanut butter if desired. Enjoy!
