Protein Waffles


- 1/3 cup oats flour
- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Coconut Pineapple protein
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup chopped pineapples
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tblsp almonds


Preheat waffle iron, coat with nonstick spray. Meanwhile, blend all dry ingredients except coconut, almonds and pineapple. Add in wet ingredients and blend well. Pour onto waffle iron and cook 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy. When serving, add pineapple, almonds and coconut. Enjoy!
