Protein Waffles

Ingredients:


- 1/3 cup oats flour
- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Coconut Pineapple whey protein
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup chopped pineapples
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions:


Preheat waffle iron, coat with nonstick spray. Meanwhile, blend all dry ingredients except coconut flakes and pineapple. Add in wet ingredients and mix well. Pour onto waffle iron and cook 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy. When serving, add pineapple and coconut on top. Enjoy!
