Protein Waffles

- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Cinnamon Crunch ISO protein
- 2 Tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Large egg
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp almond milk
- 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil

Heat your waffle iron on medium and spray with cooking spray. Mix the protein powder, coconut flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, egg, yogurt, almond milk and coconut oil in a medium sized bowl until fully combined. Pour half of the batter in the waffle iron, and cook according to your waffle irons directions. Top with some greek yogurt, almonds or your favorite fruits and enjoy!
