Protein Scones

Ingredients:


- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Honey Graham Cereal ISO protein
- 2 tbsp of stevia
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons liquid egg whites
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 sliced almonds

Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile in a large bowl, mix the almond flour, 1Up protein, baking powder, stevia and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the egg whites and lemon juice. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well.
Fold in the raisins and almonds. On a parchment lined baking sheet, spoon big ice cream scoops onto it about an inch apart and gently flatten them on the top with wet hands. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool and enjoy!
