Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 1/4 Cup water
- 2 Scoops @1upnutrition Coconut Pineapple whey protein
- 1 Cup White Rice
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Stevia
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
Instructions:
In your Instant pot or large pot add almond milk, water, rice and coconut flakes. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes release the pressure and open Instant pot. In a protein shaker bottle mix the 1Up Coconut Pineapple protein powder and 4 oz of almond milk. Shake until mixed and add to the Instant Pot. Next, add the coconut milk and the stevia to the pot. Lastly, mix all the ingredients together, top with pineapple chunks and enjoy!
