- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Cookies & Cream protein
- 1 Tbsp gelatin
- 2 Cups milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp crushed cookies (optional)
Sprinkle gelatin in water in a sauce pan, bloom for 5 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in water over low heat, whisk until gelatin is dissolved and remove from heat.
Mix remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add gelatin water to milk mixture and whisk thoroughly. Place mix into the fridge and whisk every 15 minutes until it thickens (15-45 minutes). Whisk pudding for about 1-2 minutes before serving. It will loosen the pudding perfectly. Enjoy!
