Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp @1upnutrition Natural Vegan Chocolate protein
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tblsp sliced almonds
Instructions:
Spray microwave-safe mug with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl, and whisk with a fork until well-combined. Add in wet ingredients, and stir. Pour batter into prepared mug and microwave for 2 minutes or until top of cake is slightly firm to the touch. Let cool, add your favorite fruit and enjoy!
