- 1 medium overripe banana
- 2 servings of IEatProtein #FitMix (flavor of your choice)
- 1 Scoop Coffee with Hi-Protein (flavor of your choice)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
Instructions
Grease a microwave or oven safe small bowl or mug and set aside. In a blender or large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except almonds and blend/mix until a smooth batter remains, once the batter is mixed, add the almonds. Cook in the microwave for around one minute or until a toothpick comes out ‘just’ clean. Enjoy!
