Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 scoop 1Up Whey Banana Caramel
- 2 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mash up the banana, egg whites and vanilla with a fork. Add in the 1Up Whey, flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Divide the batter between the muffin tins and bake for 13-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve and enjoy!
