Protein Madeleines

Ingredients:


- 3 tablespoons of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons @1upnutrition Egg White Vanilla protein
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of almond milk
- 1 egg
- The zest of a lemon

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 300. Mix the flour, 1Up protein powder, yeast and salt. Add the egg, coconut oil and almond milk to the flour mixture. Take the zest of your lemon, cut it into small pieces and add it to the previous mixture. Oil your madeleine molds and pour the dough in. Bake your madeleines for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
