Protein Macaroons


- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 tblsp stevia
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 scoop @1upnutririon Chocolate Milkshake ISO protein
- 1 tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate (optional)


Preheat oven to 300F. Place egg whites, stevia, and honey into a bowl and beat until frothy. Add 1Up protein powder, cocoa powder and shredded coconut and stir until completely coated. Set mixture aside for 5 minutes so that the liquid is well absorbed into the coconut. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a spoon or pastry bag place mounds spaced apart on baking sheet to make 15 macaroons. Bake for 20 minutes, or fully cooked. drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy!
