Protein Macaroons

Protein Macaroons
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 cup @1upnutrition Coconut Pineapple whey protein
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate (optional) 
Preheat oven to 300F. Place egg whites, stevia, and honey into a bowl and mix until frothy. Add 1Up protein powder and shredded coconut and stir until completely coated. Set mixture aside for 5 minutes for the liquid to be well absorbed into the coconut. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or pastry bag place mounds spaced apart on baking sheet to make 15 macaroons. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy!
