Protein Ice Cream - Recipe

- 2 Scoops @1upnutrition Cookies & Cream whey protein
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 chocolate cookies crushed (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and mix. Once well combined, pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze for about 4 hours until ready to eat. As an option, you can add some crushed cookies on top when serving. Enjoy!
