Ingredients:
- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Cinnamon Crunch protein
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1.5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp graham crackers (optional)
Instructions:
Add all of the donut ingredients except Greek yogurt and crackers into a food processor. Pour the batter into a donut pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 6-7 min. Remove and let cool. Dip donuts halfway into Greek yogurt, sprinkle with crackers and more cinnamon. Enjoy!
