Protein Donuts

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Mint Cookies & Cream whey protein

- 3/8 cup Liquid Egg Whites

- 1/2 cup smashed banana

- 1 Tbsp unsweetened Apple Sauce

- 1 tsp Baking Powder

- 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray donut pan olive oil. Mix ingredients except yogurt in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Fill donut pan evenly and bake for 15 minutes. To cover donuts, allow them to cool briefly and dip them face down into the yogurt. Twist them back and forth in a circular motion and remove to let the yogurt set, then, you can top with some crushed cookies. Enjoy! #healthyrecipe #proteindessert #proteindonuts
