- 2/3 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 Scoop @1upnutrition Horchata protein
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/3 cup almonds
Add nut butter, coconut oil, 1Up protein, coconut flour to food processor and blend until smooth. Once it’s all smooth, fold in almonds and mix with a spatula. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and pour mixture into the tray and use a spatula to spread evenly. Freeze for at least 50 minutes and then allow to thaw for a few before cutting. Use a sharp knife to cut fudge into small squares and leave them out for 3-4. Enjoy!
