Protein Cheesecake bowl

Ingredients:

 

2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop @1upnutrition Blueberry Muffin protein

1 tablespoon sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (optional)

1/3 scoop blueberries

1 tbsp crushed graham crackers

1 tbsp pecans

 

Instructions:

 

Stir the 1Up protein powder with the Greek yogurt together until smooth. Add the sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (if using). Stir until there is no graininess at all. Chill if you want to really blend the flavors after stirring. Top with blueberries, graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Enjoy!
