Protein Bites


- 1 Cup Roasted unsalted almonds or raw almonds
- 1 Scoop 1upnutrition Eggwhite Vanilla protein
- 4 Dates pitted
- 8 Dried apricots chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds


Place almonds in the small serving attachment of your blender or a small food processor. Blend until finely grated but before it turns to butter. Add the dates and water and blend. Remove to a mixing bowl and mix in the quinoa and apricots by hand. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in the sliced almonds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
