- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter FitMix
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 1/4 cup peanuts
Cut bananas into chunks and freeze for about 2-3 hours. After bananas are frozen, add Peanut Butter FitMix and milk to food processor or blender and blend until creamy. Scoop mixture into bowl and eat immediately or freeze for additional hour or two until ready to eat. To ensure it doesn't become too icy, lightly mix your ice cream over 20-30 minutes for the first hour. When serving, finish with an extra drizzle of chocolate FitMix and peanuts. Enjoy!
