Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients:

 

- 2/3 cup rolled oats

- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Coconut Ice Cream protein

- 3 tbsp unsweetened baked shredded coconut

- 2 tblsp chocolate granola

- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 2 tblsp dark chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

 

Whisk 1Up protein powder into almond milk until smooth, mix in oats, then refrigerate overnight. Next morning, top with some chocolate granola, baked coconut and chocolate chips, if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
