Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Cinnamon French Toast whey protein
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup black coffee
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Desired fruit for topping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare you small cake pans. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed. Pour the batter into the mini cake pans and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
