Homemade Protein Bars


- 6-8 egg whites
- 1 scoop @1upnutrition Cinnamon Crunch ISO protein
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 packets Stevia
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate (optional)

Blend egg whites, banana, 1Up protein, stevia, and oats. Pour into 9-inch pan already sprayed with Pam nonstick spray, making sure it spreads evenly (use a knife). Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees. drizzle top with melted chocolate and enjoy!
