Ingredients:
-2 cups rolled oats
-1/4 cup pure maple syrup
-1 scoop @1upnutrition Banana Caramel Twist Protein
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
-1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
-¼ cup natural peanut butter
-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
-3 ripe sliced bananas

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, 1Up protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add in the milk, maple syrup, flaxseed, peanut butter, vanilla and 2 sliced bananas. Stir well to make sure you combine all ingredients. Carefully pour oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is nicely golden. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Drizzle additional peanut butter on top and serve with fresh banana slices. Enjoy!
