Delicious blueberry protein pancakes

Ingredients:
   -1/2 cup almond flour
   -1/2 cup 1Up Whey Blueberry muffin
   -1 1/2 tsp baking powder
   -1/2 tsp cinnamon
   -2 eggs
   -2/3 cup almond milk
   -1/2 cup blueberries
   

Instructions:
Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs and almond milk. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir to mix. Fold in the blueberries. Heat a skillet over medium low and spray it with cooking spray. Drop about a 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the rest of your batter. Enjoy!
