Cookies & Cream Protein Rice Pudding


2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 1/4 Cup water

2 Scoops @1upnutrition Cookies & Cream whey protein

1 Cup White Rice

1/3 Cup Coconut Milk

1/4 Cup Stevia

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 tbsp crushed cookies (optional)



In your Instant pot or large pot add almond milk, water and rice. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. After, release the pressure and open Instant pot. In a protein shaker bottle mix the 1Up Cookies & Cream protein powder and 4 oz of almond milk. Shake until mixed and add to the Instant Pot. Next, add the coconut milk and the stevia to the pot.
