Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 1/4 Cup water
- 2 Scoops @1upnutrition Cookies & Cream whey protein
- 1 Cup White Rice
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Stevia
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp crushed cookies (optional)
Instructions:
In your Instant pot or large pot add almond milk, water and rice. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. After, release the pressure and open Instant pot. In a protein shaker bottle mix the 1Up Cookies & Cream protein powder and 4 oz of almond milk. Shake until mixed and add to the Instant Pot. Next, add the coconut milk and the stevia to the pot.
