Coconut protein bites

Ingredients:

-2.5 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
-1small Banana smashed
-1 scoop @1upnutrition Whey Coconut Ice Cream protein
-4 egg whites
-1 tbsp honey

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk egg whites and honey until frothy. Add shredded coconut, banana and protein powder. Stir until entirely coated with egg white mixture. Using a 1.5 tablespoon cookie dough scoop, scoop coconut mixture out onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in oven until golden brown, about 20 to 22 minutes.
Remove baking sheet from oven and allow them to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
