- 1 handful of ice
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 Scoop 1UpWhey Coconut Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup Coconut Chips
- 1/4 cup iEatProtein Chocolate FitMix
Place ice, yogurt, coconut milk and 1Up Whey in a blender. Blend until smooth. If needed add an additional tablespoon or two of milk. Pour into glass.Top with coconut chips and FitMix. Serve immediately and enjoy!
