- 1 scoop 1UP Egg white protein powder ( chocolate flavor )
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tblsp coconut flour
- 1 tblsp stevia
- 1 tblsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tblsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Grease a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray and add the 1Up protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, stevia, cocoa powder and mix well.
Add the almond milk and mix into the dry mixture. If batter is too crumbly, continue adding almond milk until a thick batter is formed. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until just cooked in the center. Top with coconut and your favorite fruit. Enjoy!
